What is a PT PMA?+
A PT PMA is a limited liability company in Indonesia with foreign ownership. It is the usual way for a Malaysian business to operate legally and earn revenue in Indonesia.
Can a foreigner own 100% of the company?+
It depends on your business sector. Some sectors allow full foreign ownership, others have limits. We check your KBLI codes in the first consultation so you know before you invest.
Do my products need both BPOM and Halal?+
Many food, supplement and cosmetic products need both. BPOM covers product safety registration, and Halal certification is a separate requirement. We help you check what applies to your products.
